1. Property mis-ID correction event

1.1 Initial mis-identification

初 run で P349 = CiNii Books author と assume、 URL pattern https://ci.nii.ac.jp/author/{P349} で fetch。 但し sample URL verify で 全 404 (Newton/Gauss/Euler 等) → 疑義発生。

• persons.jsonl で cinii → ndl rename (30 entries)、 cinii_url → ndl_url (URL pattern も ci.nii.ac.jp → id.ndl.go.jp/auth/ndlna に 更新)
• lc-cinii-map.json → lc-ndl-cinii-map.json rename (schema semantics accuracy)
• P271 別 fetch で 真 CiNii 追加 (41/50 = 82%)
• correction_note を map file + persons-summary.json + 本 research-log で 明示

Villani (STEP 2029 で MacTutor 未収載 判明) の 全 authority layers 現状:

Villani: MacTutor missing の Fields medalist だが 6/7 authorities hit = authority network approach で 充分 disambiguation 確保、 STEP 2029/2031 の pattern (multiple authority anchors で miss case 補完) が 実 evidence stack で 継続確立。

藤本さん directive「続きをお願いできますか」 (P244 LC + P349 CiNii identifier 拡張 の 前 STEP recommendation を 受けた 続き) = literal numeric なし、 実測 target 「LC + CiNii pipeline full execute + property mis-ID 発生 → 訂正 apply」 = subdivision なし、 公開面 include (persons.jsonl 更新 + lc-ndl-cinii-map.json + top page pill + research-log page + scholars-dictionary/ 更新) → Case 2 rule 発動 not = Case 1 self-apply 31 回目 milestone 継続 (milestone 30 → 31)。

• Wikidata property formatter authoritative check pattern: 「property → URL pattern」 の assumption が failed URL verify で 崩れた 時、 Wikidata Special:EntityData で property claim P1630 (formatter URL) を fetch、 canonical URL pattern を 確認、 誤 identification を 訂正
• Previous STEP interpretation 訂正 pattern (STEP 2031 制定) の 継承 実測: 初 assume → URL verify → 疑義 → Wikidata canonical check → 訂正 → correction_note documentation。 STEP 2031 で 制定 された pattern が 本 STEP で 直接 実測 適用
• Missing case honest disclosure preserved: LC 2 missing (Viazovska + Madhava)、 NDL 20 missing、 CiNii 9 missing を site page + map で 明示、 fallback URL 生成 なし
• Provenance level 変更なし (schema §4): 全 3 new authorities = web resources、 「secondary = ISBN」 未達 → external_ids anchor 追加 のみ
• URL format validation: CiNii P271 の regex format D[AB][0-9]{7}[0-9X] を Wikidata から 引き当て、 DA prefix 保持 URL 生成、 5/5 sample verify で 正当性 confirm
