STEP 2029 (MacTutor URL fetch 49/50) の 2 follow-up: (1) B17 Villani manual search で MacTutor 側 curator coverage gap 判明 (Wikidata P1563 omission ではない)、 (2) VIAF (P214) + GND (P227) library authority identifier layer 追加、 VIAF 50/50 = 100% + GND 49/50 = 98%、 Villani も VIAF + GND 両方 hit で MacTutor 欠落 を 補完。

VIAF 100% + GND 98%: VIAF (OCLC) + GND (Deutsche Nationalbibliothek) library authority identifiers 追加 via Wikidata P214 + P227 (STEP 2029 batch fetch pattern 継承)。 Villani MacTutor は curator coverage gap で 未収載 (Wikidata mapping issue ではない) だが VIAF/GND は 両方 収載、 authority reference network で 補完 成立。 provenance level 変更 なし (schema §4 web resource は 「secondary = ISBN」 未達)。
