STEP 2005 arc (rei-aios-f3) で PRE_REGISTRATION v0.2 が seal された 後、 Layer A (name-only 名簿層) を rei-aios-98 tab から 先行公開。 藤本さん Case 2 approve 済。

State: Layer A published (name-only 50、 全 provenance unverified)。 Cohort A の LLM 無補助採取 (fresh session 別 STEP) と Layer B (Claim 数式) は 未着手。 STEP 2005 arc の 判断待ち 5 items のうち (i) 完了、 (ii)-(v) 継続。

1. 目的

STEP 2005 arc は 「50 名 seed → Layer A (名簿層) 先行公開 → Cohort A LLM 無補助採取 → Layer B (Claim 層) 起草 → SD 推定」 の pipeline。 Layer A は 最小侵襲 の 公開 checkpoint = 名前 + 生没年 + domain のみ、 formula / attribution / conditions は含まず。

藤本さん explicit「Case 2 confirm を 進めてよい」 (2026-09-13) を 受け、 rei-aios-98 tab (correspondence DB v0.5 履歴、 scholars-dict は 未接触 で 汚染源でない) から 実行。

藤本さん directive「(i) から順番に」 = literal numeric 「(i)」 含有 but 実測 target は 「Layer A pipeline 全部」 で 一致 (subdivision なし)、 公開面 include (public/tools/scholars-dictionary/ + data/scholars-dictionary/v0/persons.jsonl + top page pill)。 → Case 2 rule 発動 not、 Case 1 self-apply 継続 (STEP 1977 rule 制定 以降 24 例目)。

8. Honest scope

本 Layer A は 「50 名 seed 掲載」 のみ — 実験本体 (Cohort A/B 採取 + SD 推定) は 未実行。 全 entry unverified: 生没年 / domain は seed 由来、 一次資料 照合 (Wikidata / MacTutor / DOI) は 別 STEP。 Bin 選定 の 裁量開示: Bin B (Fields/Abel 20 / 全 68 中) と Bin C (非西欧 10) は 「著名度」 基準 で 裁量混入、 seed 選定 protocol は SAT-instance discipline (SHA-256 sorted) を Bin D v1 追試 に defer。 Layer B 起草禁止 (本 STEP 内): Cohort A 採取 前 に Claim (数式 + 帰属) を 起草 = 実験汚染 = fresh session で 別 STEP 実行。
