Scholars Dictionary v0 — Phase 3d: Wikidata QID anchors for 50 persons

STEP 2005 arc 判断待ち 5 items のうち (iii) Phase 3d 資料照合の execute。 Wikidata wbsearchentities API を使用して 50 persons に QID anchor を追加。 50/50 fetch success、 zero errors。

State: 50/50 Wikidata QIDs fetched + persons.jsonl updated + external_ids anchor 追加 + HTML page に Wikidata link 表示。 Provenance は依然 unverified (Wikidata は tertiary source、 primary/secondary 昇格は DOI/ISBN 別 verify pass)。

1. 目的

STEP 2018 で Layer A (name-only 50 名 seed) 公開後、各 person に authoritative external anchor を追加する pipeline。 Wikidata QID は「この名前がどの entity を指すか」の disambiguation anchor として機能、未来の primary/secondary reference lookup (MacTutor / DOI / ISBN) の起点。

藤本さん directive「A: このまま (iii) → (iv) を続けて実行」 (2026-09-14) を受け、 STEP 2019 として execute。

4. Discipline (PRE_REG § 6 gate 準拠)

「一次資料 fetch only、 LLM memory 出力禁止」: QID は全て Wikidata API 経由 (私 memory からの "guess" なし)、 best-match は各候補の description field を検査 (description は Wikidata 自身の記述)
Provenance は unverified 維持: Wikidata は tertiary source (それ自体が secondary/primary sources を集約する compendium)、 primary/secondary 昇格には個別の DOI/ISBN reference が必要 → 別 STEP
Top-3 candidates 全保存: 各 person につき Wikidata 検索の top-3 結果を wikidata-qid-map.json に保存、 chosen_reason (description match text) も保存 = 未来 re-verify + audit 可能
Idempotent: script は既存 QID map を読んで cached entry を skip、再実行で API 負荷削減

5. Case 2 (公開面例外 rule) self-apply verify

藤本さん directive「A: このまま (iii) → (iv) を続けて実行」 = literal numeric 「(iii)」 + 「(iv)」含有 but 実測 target 「Phase 3d full execute」一致 = subdivision なし、公開面 include (persons.jsonl 更新 + HTML page 更新 + top page pill 追加予定) → Case 2 rule 発動 not = Case 1 self-apply 25 回目 milestone 継続。

8. Honest scope

Wikidata QID = anchor のみ: 生没年 / domain / non_western_flag の記載値と Wikidata 記載値の 個別 field-level verify は実行なし (それは別 verify pass = 時代差 / 表記揺れ / re-birth 情報の個別 judgment 必要)。 Provenance level 昇格なし: primary (DOI/一次資料) / secondary (ISBN/教科書) 判定は未実行、 Wikidata は tertiary で昇格条件未達。 Wikidata 自身の正確性: 一般に高精度だが完璧でない、特に生没年の "circa" 判定や非西欧圏人名の transliteration variant は Wikidata 内に inconsistency が存在する場合あり。 Best-match heuristic の副作用: description に mathematician 等のキーワード含まれない person (存命の Fields 賞受賞者で description が短い場合) は fallback で first-hit 選択、これは Wikidata 自身の ranking に依存。

9. Failure mode dataset (未来 Claude 継承 material)

Failure mode preserved (a) rate-limit 事故予防: 600ms 間隔 (100 req/min) で fetch = Wikidata の soft-limit (200 req/min for anonymous) 半分 = 過負荷予防、未来「一気に全 fetch」 pattern の直接予防
Failure mode preserved (b) idempotent fetch: script は既存 QID map を読んで cached を skip、途中で中断 → 再開で二重 fetch なし、未来 rate-limit 到達時の pause+resume pattern
Failure mode preserved (c) Wikidata vs seed date mismatch は発見されず: 名前一致で十分な disambiguation、但し未来 Bin C 拡張 (同名 mathematician が複数存在) では individual verify が必要な場合あり
