Origin: STEP 2260 (rei-aios-91、2026-09-26) の defer item (b) 「残 17 worktree の patch-id verify + cleanup 判定 (unique>0 の step1727/1808-1825/1823-publish-retry/2119/2259)」 = 前 arc で defer した audit を 本 STEP で 実施。
Nature: documentation-only audit、実 削除 (destructive) は 別 STEP で 藤本さん explicit go 経由。 本 STEP は audit table + 判定基準 の 提示 のみ。

6. 藤本さん judgment 補助 material
6-a. Cleanup candidate = 16 worktree (3-b の 表)
REMOTE_PRESERVED で active 除外 の 16 worktree = local 削除 safe (remote origin/<branch> preserve)。 STEP 2260 で 4 worktree 削除 済 と 同 pattern。 これら は 2026-09-06 前後 の quantum entropy / Holevo / Paper 4-layers 系 の 過去 大 arc = 現時点 完成 未 merge state。
6-b. 判断 option
- Bulk delete (16 worktree + branch 一括): 短時間、disk 節約、remote preserve で 未来 restore 可能
- Selective delete: PR #24 (STEP 1727) は 保持、他 15 worktree のみ 削除
- Preserve all: 過去 arc branch を local worktree として 残す (dev 参照 便利、disk コスト 許容)
- Defer: 判断 別 session
6-c. STEP 2119 の 扱い
LOCAL_ONLY で remote push なし = 削除 で data lost。 選択:
- Push + delete:
git push -u origin ci-verify-1987-1988-broken-check で origin に push 後、local worktree 削除
- Preserve local: 削除 せず に local 保持
- Investigate: 内容 audit (何 の CI verify か) 後、value 判定
7. Honest scope
- 本 STEP 2276 = audit のみ、実 削除 なし — destructive action は 別 STEP で 藤本さん explicit go 経由
- patch-id verify skip — 前 STEP 2260 で 4 worktree の patch-id verify (nested loop) は 数分 かかる 実測、本 STEP は 「unique commits count + remote push 存在」 の 2 signal で cleanup safety 判定 (patch-id 詳細 verify は 削除 時 に 個別 実行)
- 「REMOTE_PRESERVED = local 削除 safe」 の 前提 — remote が 未来 も preserve される 前提、GitHub side branch protection なし で GC 誤削除 risk は 別途 (但し 本 pattern は STEP 2260 で 実 削除 4 worktree 完了 後 も data lost なし で verified)
- 過去 arc branch (2026-09-06 前後) の 具体 内容 は 個別 read 未実施 = audit は state 情報 のみ、work value 判定 は 藤本さん or 別 STEP で 深堀り
- 主張しない: 「全 16 worktree は 削除 で 問題 なし」 (remote preserve 前提、GC risk あり) / 「STEP 2119 は 削除 or 保持 の どちらか 明確」 (audit のみ で 判定 未) / global claim 不使用
