要旨
STEP 1580 で minimum viable integration (Version history + Related Work paragraph) だった Paper 145 v0.11 を、 main draft body 本体挿入で 完全統合。 v0.10 F12/§B.13 も 併せて back-fill (main draft self-contained 化 + F 番号 gap 縮小)。 STEP 1538 Zenodo publish B3 blocking (main draft integration) = Option A 完全達成。
