Verify 結果 (publish 前 audit): Zenodo v0.1 は 2026-07-29 に 既 publish 済 (DOI live HTTP 200)。 10 platform 既 反映、 Harvard skip + Scrapbox log 欠落。 藤本さん 「Harvard 含めた 全 サイト」 explicit opt-in で Harvard 追加、 Scrapbox は cookie 期限切れ で skip 許可。
Root cause: scripts/publish-paper-176-ia.ts の Harvard 分岐 は SKIPPED return のみ の implementation defect (Paper 145 の Harvard multipart block が port されず)。 補完 として scripts/publish-paper-176-harvard.ts standalone script 新規作成。
