★ 主 3 findings
1. 大転換 finding: 孤立度計 device の cleanup value 実測 0% (STEP 1955)
v0.5 real RUIN 1,555 から stratified sample n=50 review → A=0 / B=50 / C=0 / D=0 = actionable rate 0% (95% CI 0-7% by rule of 3)。 Rei per-STEP methodology + append-only 学問体系 慣習 で 残 RUIN 実質全て intentional preservation、low-hanging fruit (karpathy STEP 1950) は既 picked。 Device role shift 判定: cleanup guidance (0%) → measurement/audit (100% precise) / methodology characterization (60.9% isolated finding) / discipline enforcement (2 retroactive corrigendum trigger: SnstRealComparison + BakerSeparationAttempt)。
2. Cap-artifact discovery (STEP 1954)
v0.4 reported RUIN=389 は 実際 20k cap-truncated だった。 v0.5 (readdir sort + maxFiles 50k) で 真値 RUIN = 1,555 と判明、v0.1 → v0.4 「-70.6% reduction」 narrative は 部分 cap-artifact (v0.1 も 20k cap 下)。 正しい効果指標 = scoped-out 増加量 (1,176 → 10,196 = 8.6x)、raw RUIN count 差 は misleading。
3. Pattern 5 self-fire family の 継続再発 (STEP 1943/1962/1963)
「Audit-first を 提案 しながら 自 提案 に は 適用しない」 (STEP 1911 origin) pattern が session 内で 3 STEPs 連続再発:
