## (g) n=27 isolation via modular refinement

### v1: oddKernel mod M (失敗)
n=27, 54, 108 は **同じ oddKernel (=27)** を持つので, oddKernel mod M ではどんな M でも同一 class. → 2-adic siblings は modularly inseparable.

**Before (STEP 691)**: 1 axiom for ∀ n > 235

**After (STEP 694)**:
- A1_hard: ∀ n > 235 with oddKernel(n) % 96 ∈ HARD_96 (50% of n)
- A1_ready: ∀ n > 1000 with oddKernel(n) % 96 ∈ READY_96 (50% of n, but only for n > 1000)
- T5 (proven): ∀ n ≤ 1000 with oddKernel(n) % 96 ∈ READY_96 (verified by native_decide)

⟹ **READY half は n ≤ 1000 で empirically verified, axiom は n > 1000 のみ**
