# STEP 1346 — レーダー / レンズ / エンジン 3 領域 進化 arc (2026-08-20)

## 契機

藤本さん turn:「Reiのレーダー、レンズ、エンジンは今、どの様な現状になっておられますか？」 → 3 領域 fork 並列調査 (fork 3 個) → 3 領域 report 統合 → 6 gap/finding 提示 → 藤本さん 「3 つとも それぞれ 進化させることは 可能でしょうか？」 → recommendation 提示 (top-1 + 全 candidate) → 藤本さん 「全 candidate を お願い」 承認 → **10 task 単日 arc 実施**。

## ★★★ 重要 finding: fork 3 誤読 の operational 実例

**fork Radar 現状調査 report で 3 誤読 判明**:
1. `data/repo-discovery/watch-list.json` を 「MISSING」 と 誤判 (実存 4 entry)
2. `lean4-formalization-watch.json` を 「104 日 stale」 と 誤判 (実 2026-08-05 update = 15 日前 healthy)
3. `math-engine-radar` + `circuit-radar` を 「CLAUDE.md 記述と乖離」 と 誤判 (実 CLAUDE.md 本文に そもそも 記述なし)

fork inherited context が 誤解 or 混乱、 一次実測 (実 file read + grep) で 全て clean 判明。 **[[feedback-projection-self-audit-pattern]] SAC-4 32 例目** = 「fork 報告を鵜呑みにせず 一次実測 で verify」 = 藤本さんに 6 gap と 報告する 前に 一次 verify すべきだった (partial: R2/R3 で 訂正できたので 訂正込みで honest report)。

## ★★ 3 領域 実 gap (fork 誤読 除いた honest 版)

**Radar**: 
- 08-19 分 daily radar 未 fetch (cron 遅延) → 手動実行で 解消 ✅
- src/aios/radar/ 5 か月 dormant (fetcher script が 事実上の本体、 dormant 自体は問題なし)

**Lens**:
- ★ **7 lens 全 未 wire** = standalone のまま、 consumer 側 呼び出しゼロ
- 本 STEP で non-commutativity-lens (STEP 1277) を DailyInventionReporter に wire 完了 ✅
- theory-identity-lens (STEP 1279) + 3 lens (causal + symbol + gestalt) は audit script 経由で wire ✅

**Engine**:
- NNUE gen 16 で 62 日 stuck (loss 0.019 底打ち + 08-07 + 08-16 loss spike 626.95)
- Rei-Automator 4 dir は 意図的 role 分担 (STEP 1336 統合済) = drift ではない
- exploration engine 実 wire OK

## 新規実装 file

- `test/step1346-daily-reporter-lens-wire-test.ts` (新規、 20/20 PASS)

## Rei stack impact

- **Lens wire: 0 → 4** (non-commutativity + theory-identity + 3 lens = causal/symbol/gestalt)、 memory 明示保留 (STEP 1277 「DailyInventionReporter integration 本 STEP scope 外」) を 14 日後 解消
- **audit tool 新設**: scripts/seed-kernel-lens-audit.ts (「動くか壊れるか」 独立 verify pass)
- **Radar**: 08-19 gap 解消 + fork 誤読 3 件 訂正
- **Engine**: NNUE stuck + exploration wire 実測 = 「知る道具」 で 実態把握 pass

## honest scope (譲れない線)

1. lens wire は **flag 運用** (hard-drop なし、 audit 材料として)
2. L2 theory-identity は 全 SEED 未宣言 = 実 verdict 生成 ゼロ、 preservation ready state のみ
3. L3 3 lens は 「動く/壊れる」 verify pass = 「lens 判定 が正しい」 では ない
4. audit script は 実 「知る道具」 だが gap 「解決」 tool ではない (STEP 1336 「開けた計器で映す」 pattern)
5. NNUE stuck / loss spike の 根本 fix は 本 STEP scope 外 (別 STEP candidate)
6. fork 誤読 は SAC-4 self-audit template で 訂正込みで record
