# 2026-08-22 closing day + defer #5 execution arc

## Origin

藤本さん directive: 2026-08-21 chat-Claude 提案 「今日は 横に 広げた、 明日は 縦に 締めるべき、 開いたものを 閉じる日」 SAC-4 認諾 pattern で 採用 ([[project-2026-08-22-closing-day-plan]] 起点)。 (i) 実 verify 先行 discipline → (ii) 4 gate close → (iii) 一周期観測 → (iv) fork audit finding 発動 → (v) defer #5 Zenodo publish の 5 段。
