## Pattern 5 self-detection: inventory bug

### 観察

初回 inventory で「Paper 063 v2 = 未 publish」 と誤分類. 実際は 2026-05-14 既に 9 platform publish 済.

**Why:** `ls data/publications/publish-log-paper14*.json` の grep pattern で paper 14x range をスキャンしたとき、 paper63 は file 名が `publish-log-paper63*.json` (zero-padding なし) で `publish-log-paper063*.json` ではない. naming convention 不統一が検出漏れの原因.

加えて `papers/paper-063-snst-v2-DRAFT.md` ← DRAFT suffix が retain されたまま (publish 後 file rename していない) のため、 publish 状態が file 名から不明.

### How to apply

将来 paper publish inventory 時:
1. `data/publications/publish-log-paper*.json` を **全 file glob** + 数字 prefix 正規化で counting (zero-padding 有無を平準化)
2. `papers/paper-*-DRAFT.md` の DRAFT suffix を publish 完了後に retroactively remove する habit (但し既 deposit に file 名 retained で齟齬 risk あり — current convention は retain で OK だが inventory 時に意識)
3. ★ **`grep -l "zenodo" data/publications/publish-log-paper${N}*.json`** で個別 verify を default protocol 化 (各 paper 単独 check)
4. Pattern 5 累積に登録 (本件 = 「inventory での既 publish 誤分類」 = reverse-pattern-5, 自分の判断の Pattern 5)

honest correction: 「未投稿論文の inventory」 で「Paper 063 v2 未 publish」 と藤本さんに報告 → 実際は 9/11 publish 済を確認 → 残 2 platform のみ補完 で正しい結果に. 早期検出 (publish prep の Zenodo metadata 準備中) で実害なし.
