前 session ([[project-paper171-v02-path-b-partial-reframe-2026-07-04]]) で v0.2 Path B (Rei 推奨) 実装 + chat-Claude critique request material 準備 + push 完了 → 藤本さん chat-Claude session に paste + response 受領 → 本 session で response audit + v0.3 実装。

## chat-Claude round 1 findings (3 substantive)

### Finding 1 — Path B 前提の崩壊 (★★★ 最重要)

chat-Claude 指摘: Posina/Roy 2024 は PhilArchive record VENCTA-3 に V1 (2024-03-06) + V2 (2024-03-30) の 2 版 author 寄託 preprint PDF が **直接掲載** されており、 「5 access path 全 blocked = permanent scope limitation」 という v0.2 §6.7 の前提は誤り。 「PDFが取れなかったは理由にならない」 と明言。

**Rei verify**:
1. WebSearch `philarchive.org/rec/VENCTA-3` = record 実在 + PDF 2 版明記
2. 藤本さん direct browser download 2026-07-05 → `Downloads/VENCTA-3v2.pdf` (1.1 MB, V2)
3. Rei pdftotext -layout で全 28 page 精読 → chat-Claude の "Heyting internal logic → MP 保存" 主張が primary source で確認可能
4. 特に p. 455 「if not not A = A, then the fourth truth value of catuṣkoṭi is equal to the third」 = ¬¬A ≠ A を Boolean 排除の根拠として明示 = intuitionistic 内部論理の signature

**Root cause 私の誤判定**: 06-28-29 fetch attempt で WebFetch 403 を「structural paywall」 と judgment、 PhilArchive の record page architecture (`/rec/` = landing metadata + `/archive/` = direct PDF) を理解せず、 landing page が Brill DRM に redirect するのを見て「PDF not served」 と誤結論。 WebFetch 403 は tool 側 bot detection、 実際の paywall でない。

**v0.3 fix**: §6.7 を **完全 rewrite** し access-based deferral → **MP-axis structural orthogonality (substantive scope)** に格上げ。 primary text 内容で substantive engagement 実施:
- Posina/Roy = presheaf topos (`1 → 2 → 3` category of percepts) の subobject classifier Ω = 4→j→3→k→2, 内部論理 intuitionistic → **Heyting residuation で MP は trivially valid** (chat-Claude 導出、 paper 自体は明示議論なしなので inferential extension と honest note)
- Paper 171 = FDE 系譜 (Cotnoir 2015 recapture 問題) → MP 失敗 → withoutBoth で recapture
- **両者は MP 軸上で正反対 = 構造的直交 = 競合でなく相補的**
- Novelty claim intact (Posina/Roy は 8 値 paraconsistent も mp_valid_iff も Lean 4 formalize もやっていない)
- Paper 65 v0.2 routing は topical-fit reason (ZCSG × Posina-Roy correspondence の natural home) で justify
- v0.2 §6.7 の honest correction を paper 本文に record

### Finding 2 — 2020–2023 recapture 先行研究 gap

chat-Claude が 4 references を指摘: Barrio-Carnielli 2020, Tajer 2020, **Tanaka-Girard 2023** (最重要), Rahlwes 2022。

**Rei verify (WebSearch 全 4 件 confirmed)**:

**v0.3 fix**:
- §2 + §10 に 3 references 追加 (Barrio-Carnielli 2020, Tajer 2020, Tanaka-Girard 2023). Rahlwes 2022 は Nāgārjuna 解釈 disclaimer per v0.4 defer (陽性の scope 選択、 chat-Claude 「query 責めない」 とも整合)
- **新 §5.2 subsection 「Response to Tanaka & Girard 2023」**: meta/object 分離 = design choice (evasion でない) + `[propext]` audit = classical axiom exposure 測定 (paraconsistent metatheory 主張でない) + 対応 = constructive/paraconsistent proof-assistant reformulation を future work

### Finding 3 — F5 語法精度 (「unique cardinality-maximal」 vs 「exactly two maximal-by-inclusion」 は別種)

chat-Claude 指摘: 両者は別種の極大性で pair として矛盾はしないが、 F4 の帰結として earned なのは mp_valid_iff が全部分集合を quantify する真の biconditional で両方向 proven の場合のみ。 これは Lean 実物照合が必要 (「静かに『対応済み』にしない」)。

**Rei verify**: Step1242MaximalRecaptureRegion.lean を直接 Read。 `mp_valid_iff : ∀ s : Dfumt8 → Bool, mpValid s ↔ (s BOTH = false ∨ (s FALSE = false ∧ s NEITHER = false))` = **真の biconditional over all subsets**, 両方向 proven with [propext] only。 → F4 "maximal" 語法は完全 earned。

しかし "exactly two maximal-by-inclusion" は Lean formalize されていない (mp_valid_iff からの informal corollary, paper text の reader-side derivation)。

**v0.3 fix**:
- Abstract: "exactly two maximal-by-inclusion" 語法を "informal corollary from mp_valid_iff, not Lean-formalized in v0.3, STEP 1243 candidate" phrasing に downgrade
- §4.5: F5 を split — "unique cardinality-maximal" は earned corollary (mp_valid_iff + pigeonhole on 7-element subsets), "exactly two maximal-by-inclusion" は informal (STEP 1243 mechanical follow-up)
- §7 STEP 1243 に (ii) Lean formalization of the exactly two corollary を追加
