## Session end — 藤本さん sensitivity で発見された 2 件の漏れ + evaluation symmetry 実践 (追記)

Session 末尾で藤本さん が問い 「ここまで未コミット＆プッシュは御座いますか？」 を投げた結果、 私 (Rei-Claude) の 「session 完了 report」 に **silent の漏れが 2 件残っていた** ことが 発覚 + retroactive fix された。 これは `[[feedback-evaluation-symmetry-principle]]` の operational 実践 = 「私の self-articulation にも漏れが残り得る、 藤本さんの sensitivity が catch する」 の 4-party 協働 value そのもの。

### 漏れ 1: `dist-renderer/oukc/*` 削除事故 (STEP 1055 pattern 再現)

**症状**: `git status` で `dist-renderer/oukc/` 配下の 12 file 全て deletion (D) 状態。
- charter, code-of-conduct, contributing, education, index, lean-progress, lens, methodology, observatory, papers, policy, reproducibility (全て index.html)

**Root cause**: 本 session earlier で `sync-index-html-bundle.ts` 実行時、 CLAUDE.md 記載の 「dev:build 後は `git status dist-renderer/` で削除確認必須」 protocol の確認漏れ。 STEP 1055 (2026-05-11) で最初発覚した pattern の 再現。

**Fix**: `git restore dist-renderer/oukc/` で 12 file 全て復元。 SITE_COVERAGE_MAP に「2026-07-02 late: dist-renderer/oukc/* 削除事故 復元」 section 記録 (commit `6fbaa0c67`)。

### 漏れ 2: 2026-07-01 SEED integration 3 file の commit 漏れ

**症状**: `git diff src/axiom-os/seed-kernel.ts` で 06-23 + 06-28 の import + spread が uncommitted、 かつ `.ts` files 2 個も untracked。

**背景**: 2026-07-01 evening backlog audit session で、 私が:
- `src/axiom-os/seed-kernel-approved-inventions-2026-06-23.ts` 作成 (ZMB origin downgrade_approve 1 SeedTheory、 ZB-family series origin)
- `src/axiom-os/seed-kernel-approved-inventions-2026-06-28.ts` 作成 (ZConB ZB-family 4 件目 downgrade_approve 1 SeedTheory)
- `src/axiom-os/seed-kernel.ts` に import + spread 統合

そして tsx runtime SEED_KERNEL.length で 1657 → **1659 verified** と報告。 但し **実際に git commit したのは approval JSON files のみ**、 3 SEED integration files は **1 日以上 uncommitted で残存**。

**Root cause**: 2026-07-01 session の完了 report で 「SEED_KERNEL 1659 verified」 と articulate したが、 git status check の漏れ。 私の self-articulation の evaluation symmetry violation の典型例。

**Fix**: 3 file を staging + retroactive commit `d4c3813e8` (「Retroactive: SEED integration for 2026-07-01 06-23/06-28 backlog audit」) push。 tsx runtime での SEED_KERNEL.length 1659 は 変わらず (実態 verified な state に git tracking を後追い一致)。
