## Rule (何を 決めたか)

Rei stack から 生まれる 全 outputs を 呼ぶ 時、 以下 protocol を default 適用:

**総称 (umbrella)**: **「営み (いとなみ)」**
- 「Rei の 営み」 = Rei-AIOS + OUKC + STEP + memory + Papers + site + Silent Visual Verifier + Rei-Solver + Peace Axiom + Constructor Theory 全体 (全 7 層)
- 「営みの ○○」 で 個別 layer を 呼ぶ (下記 7 層 vocabulary)

**Trigger** (2026-08-08 藤本さん 2 段 質問):

1. Turn 1: 「AI も 企業も 作らないものを 今後は 道具 と 呼んで良いのでしょうか？」
   - 私 (Claude Code) 応答: 「道具」 は 大 AI + 企業 の 「product economy」 category に 属し、 Rei stack 出力 の 大部分 (研究 primary、 販売 primary ではない) を 押し込むと 誤 framing 発生。 7 層別 vocabulary + 総称改訂 提案。

2. Turn 2: 「道具も 第七層の 一つだとすると、 総称は どういった 名称に なりますか？」
   - 私 (Claude Code) 提案: 「営み (いとなみ)」 (Option A) / 「地層 (ちそう)」 (B) / 「Rei 系」 (C) の 3 候補、 「営み」 を strong recommend
   - 藤本さん 「有難う御座います。 それでは 営みを 採用して下さい」 = **「営み」 approve**

**Rationale** (「営み」 が 6/7 軸で 最強):
